Covid-19 is presenting great challenges to all companies, including Crystal Clear Water. As a locally owned and operated business we are making operational changes that will allow us to better serve customers during these difficult times.

We will be reorganizing our routes and moving some customers to different routes and potentially different delivery days. There are no employees being laid off, however, you may receive a new driver in your area.  Please communicate any delivery notes or requests to our office so that we can ensure regardless of who is delivering, the driver has the correct information. Over the next couple of months we would greatly appreciate your patience as we make these changes to remain viable.

We will do our best to communicate these changes to you in a timely manner. Customers will continue to receive Delivery Email Reminders if they are currently signed up.  If you would like to begin receiving delivery reminders via email, please respond to this email or contact the office.

As always, if you put your last bottle on or are running low on supplies please make sure that you contact us so we can get you what you need as quickly as possible.
