Excellent customer service and great product quality!

Always appreciate the friendly crew, prompt responses and great delivery team. We’ve been using their water for almost 2 years and would not change it. It has been great and so thankful for the clean, safe water for our family to consume.

I have to give a shout out to the customer service team for their incredible patience with me. It was completely my fault, but after I changed my bank account, I forgot to update my billing information. They reached out to me several times, and I kept forgetting to call them back. When I finally did return their call, I paid everything in full and got my payment information updated. They were so accommodating and got me right back on the schedule, and they even brought me a bottle of water to hold me over until my next delivery.
The service itself is a game changer. Having water delivered to my door is so much better than the hassle of hauling heavy jugs to the grocery store to fill up. They send an email reminder the day before every delivery, which I really appreciate.
The water quality is excellent, too. I recently had to grab a refill at a local station in a pinch, and I found myself missing my water from home because it just tastes so much better. I highly recommend them for their quality and their stellar customer service.

We have been watching with concern the news about cancer rates in Iowa and the nitrate levels in our drinking water. We decided about a year ago to try Crystal Clear. They make it so easy - an email reminder of the delivery date, online billing, easy to change or cancel, delivery to your front door. This could not be easier to use. I highly recommend Crystal Clear!

We have had Crystal Clear Water delivery for about a year now and couldn't be happier. I work in a dental office that has a dispenser for the staff, that's how I first tried it. After looking into pricing I was pleasantly surprised at the cost. In addition there is much less plastic waste than traditional bottled water. The taste of this water is pure, clean and refreshing in comparison to every bottled water I've ever had. It just made sense to enroll in monthly delivery (right to our door), they make it easy for you to adjust how much is needed every month and once you have that figured out it's a no brainer. We couldn't be happier with our Crystal Clear Water service.

I love having water delivered directly to my door every month! My delivery driver, Ryan, is always on time & does a great job! I appreciate that he leaves me a receipt with my order. I have had my order messed up once, but Crystal Clear was very prompt with correcting the issue! The only improvement I would like to see is more communication when pricing changes, but other than that, I am very happy with this service!

I have been renting a home water system and having 5 gallon bottles delivered for almost two years now. Company has been great to work with, easy to change or alter my orders. When we had a small issue with our cooler they came out right away and brought a new system and gave us a free 5 gallon water for our trouble. Employees and company are top notch!

This has been a game changer, as we live in an area with not great tap water. It's been easy to order (and adjustment my order!) and they've always been timely and communicative.

4/2026: I stopped in the store today and purchased a water dispenser. The staff was friendly and helpful, was able to pick the items up immediately and load the car.
